Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of DSMfreelance.com's professional photo editing services. By submitting a project, you agree to the following conditions.

Service Scope

DSMfreelance.com provides professional photo editing, retouching, and visual asset preparation services as described in your project brief. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Turnaround & Delivery

Estimated turnaround times are provided upon project briefing. Enterprise clients receive priority scheduling. Rush requests may be accommodated with applicable surcharges.

Revisions

Each project includes one round of revisions at no additional cost. Additional revision rounds will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon invoice. All major credit cards and wire transfers are accepted. Late payments may result in service suspension.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all rights to the delivered edited assets are transferred to the client. DSMfreelance.com retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.
